Legislation of Kazakhstan to be modernized to accelerate rates of economic growth - Kazyna chairman
Astana. April 17. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan needs to modernize its legislation, develop its infrastructure and human capital to accelerate the rates of economic growth. The chairman of the board of the Fund of steady development Kazyna Armand Dunayev stated today in the Majilis of the Parliament at the session of the round table - Effective utilization of resources of domestic financial institutions - basis for increase of competitiveness of the country, the agency reports.
"I think Kazakhstan will enter a new historical phase by 2012 - 2013. It will be supported by fast rates of economic growth with a more balanced economic structure of its industries," A. Dunayev stated.
The state should "create conditions for the institutional base - development of human capital." A. Dunayev explained that Kazyna has already faced the problem - absence of the qualified staff to manage the projects."
"The third goal is creation of the appropriate infrastructure," he concluded.
