Kazakhstan Today - Galym Orazbakov has been appointed the Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the State of Israel by the decree of the leader of the state Nursultan Nazarbayev, the agency reports referring to the president's administration press service.
