Almaty. April 24. Kazakhstan Today - Eurasian media forum plays a unique role in development of the Eurasian culture and in development of regional cooperation. The President of the 62nd session of the UN General Assembly Srdzhan Kerim said today addressing the participants of the VII Eurasian media forum, the agency reports. "The Eurasian media forum plays a unique role in development of Eurasian culture and in development of the regional cooperation. "Today, the processes of creation of development of modern democratic media structures face a lot of problems... places mass media in a certain reasonable format ... that limits and even complicates democratic processes," he noted. The President of the UN General Assembly emphasized that "Kazakhstan has been developing as a dynamical, economically successful power actively participating in realization of the initiatives of the United Nations Organization."
