"Europe has become the main trading partner of Kazakhstan within the last years. The political dialogue has been positively developing, which facilitated the decision on presidency of Kazakhstan in OSCE in 2010," he said. This decision has encouraged Kazakhstan to develop special program - Way to Europe." "It meets our interest in strengthening cooperation with the European countries in the field of energy, transport transit, transfer of technologies, education, and humanitarian cooperation. Special attention will be given to development of the international agenda of the forthcoming presidency of Kazakhstan in OSCE," the President noted. "We plan to focus on solution of the essential problems of safety and assistance to intercultural and inter confessional dialogue.
