Kazakhstan Today - The governments of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Korea signed a number of bilateral documents during the visit of the official delegation of South Korea to Astana on Tuesday, the agency reports. The Ministry of Industry and Commerce of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs of Korea signed the protocol on cooperation in the field of construction. The Industry Ministry of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Knowledge Economy of Korea signed memorandum of cooperation in the field of textile industry. The memorandum of mutual understanding has been concluded between joint-stock company Samruk-Energo of Kazakhstan and the Korean electro Power Corporation and Samsung Corporation. The long-term contract on delivery of uranium concentrates has been signed between Korean Hydro-and Nuclear Power Company and Kazatomprom Company.
