Kazakhstan Today - The chairman of the Agency for Regulation of Activity of Almaty Regional Financial Center Arken Arystanov became the member of Agency for Regulation of Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations, the agency reports referring to press service of Agency for Regulation of Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations. The decision of the Agency for Regulation of Activity of Almaty Regional Financial Center on change of the structure of the board was accepted according to the president's Decree of April 23, 2008 On Introduction of Amendments to the President's Decree of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2003. According to the current legislation, the basic normative legal acts directed at realization of the legislation of securities market, are accepted by AFS supreme body - its board. "Considering that the Agency for Regulation of Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations is the state body actively participating in realization of the state policy in the sphere of share market, it has been necessary to include into the structure of AFS board the representative of the Agency for Regulation of Activity of Almaty Regional Financial Center and introduce the amendments into Regulation On AFS, approved by the Decree of the President of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2003, the press service informed. According to AFS regulations, as of today, the board of the organization consists of nine people.
