Chairman of Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Electric Power Association elected
Almaty. May 30. Kazakhstan Today - The chairman of JSC KEGOC Company Almasadam Satkaliyev has been appointed the chairman of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Electric Power Association (KEPA). The decision was accepted at the session of Kazakhstan Electric Power Association Board of Directors taken place within the IV Republican session of power engineering specialists - Condition and Prospects of Development of Electric Power Industry of Kazakhstan, the agency reports referring to KEPA press service.
The participants of the meeting discussed urgent questions of development, condition of operating and perspective projects in the area of generation, transfer and distribution of electric and thermal energy.
Kazakhstan Parliament deputies, representatives of state bodies, chairmen of electro power companies, representatives of council of veterans-power engineering specialists are taking part in the work of the session of power engineering specialists of Kazakhstan.
KEPA - branch association of legal entities of power enterprises and organizations. The main goal of the association is coordination of activity and creation of conditions for effective functioning and protection of common interests of subjects of electro power industry of Kazakhstan. As of today, KEPA presents the interests of more than 30 companies, system and market operators, industrial scientific research and project institutes, and generating organizations.
