Astana. June 3. Kazakhstan Today - Samruk Holding has developed the policy of re-structuring of assets. The chairman of the Board of the Holding K. Bozumbayev informed on June 2 during the meeting with the Senate deputies, the agency reports. "The policy of re-structuring of assets that in the near future will be presented by the Board of Directors of the companies as guidance during development by the companies their own re-structuring programs," K. Bozumbayev said. He noted that "seven companies in the consolidated structure of assets include more than three hundred affiliated organizations." Thus, "the greatest quantity of affiliated companies including nonspecialized, include two large companies JSC Company KazMunaiGas and JSC Company Kazakhstan temir zholy." "The preliminary analysis has shown, the structure of the National Company KazMunaiGas totals about 190 companies, 40 of which % are classified as not profile," K. Bozumbayev explained. The holding "will play an active role during ordering of the structure of assets of the companies as non-basic kinds of activity (nonspecialized assets) divert resources of the companies from the main operational activity." K. Bozumbayev explained, during 2008 - 2010 it is planned to realize "about 100 companies with not profile kinds of activity."
