Kazakhstan Today - Farhad Kuanganov has been appointed Responsible Secretary of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan by the decree of the leader of the state Nursultan Nazarbayev, the agency reports referring to the president's press service. According to the press service, Ashimzhan Ahmetov has been dismissed from the post of rector of Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in connection with transition to the other work.
