Competition Protection Agency and Energy Ministry signed joint order
Astana. July 23. Kazakhstan Today - Competition Protection Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources signed the joint order, the agency reports referring to the Agency press service.
"Competition Protection Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of Kazakhstan signed joint order on cooperation," the press service informs.
"The order regulates the order of information exchange concerning competitive policy, including financial markets, with the purpose of support of fair competition, being guided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan," the press secretary of Competition Protection Agency, Marzhan Ordabay, explains.
According to the signed document, the agency directs to the ministry analytical information and monitoring data about condition of competition in the commodity markets of the Republic and carries at the ministry's request research and examination and gives conclusions concerning the antimonopoly law.
The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources provides the agency with information on the analyzed commodity markets and economy branches (energy, oil and gas, oil and gas processing, transportation of gas and oil, etc.).
