Special commission for solution of shared construction problems to be created
Astana. July 28. Kazakhstan Today - Special commission for solution of shared construction problems will be created at the government of Kazakhstan. The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, said at the meeting with participants of shared construction on Saturday, the agency reports.
"We will create the commission at the government headed by Umirzak Shukeev where representatives of civil society will be invited to solve existing problems," K. Masimov said.
According to the Prime Minister, there are problems in the sphere of shared construction in other cities of Kazakhstan as well. "It is hard to meet everyone in all cities where these problems exist. Therefore, we need to make this decision," the Prime Minister said.
K. Masimov reminded that on behalf of the leader of the state the government has undertaken unprecedented measures on additional financing of the problems." "It is a temporary help." According to K. Masimov, "we should found a way to return the funds spent on financing."
As for constructors, unfair constructors "will incur punishment according to the legislation." "Law enforcement bodies, financial police, Office of Public Prosecutor are engaged in these issues and the court will make a final verdict on them. All property will be distrained and returned to the budget," the Prime Minister explained.
