Kazakhstan Today - Vice Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Umirzak Shukeev, considers necessary to involve foreign partners in management of Free Economic Zone Park of Information Technologies Ala Tau in Almaty oblast. U. Shukeev stated today at the government session, the agency reports. "We need to involve foreign partners who have experience in creation of such free economic zones, to prepare infrastructure, external networks, and technological requirements, as it is done in Dubai, U.
