Volume of transfer of electric power through KEGOC networks in I half 2008 increased by 6.2 %

Almaty. August 1. Kazakhstan Today - In the first half of 2008 volume of transfer of electric power through networks of JSC Company KEGOC in comparison with the similar period of 2007 has increased by 6.2 % and has made 17.5 billion kWh, the agency reports referring to KEGOC press service. According to the press service, volume of technical production control services has made 38.3 billion kWh that is by 5.8 % higher of the parameter of the similar period of the last year. "Growth of volume of services is connected with an increase of volumes of manufacture of electric power by electric generating enterprises of the Republic, the press service explained. According to the press service of the company, volume of balancing services in the first half of 2008 has made 68.9 billion kWh. "In connection with introduction of the balancing electric energy market, according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Electric Power Industry, since 2008 JSC Company KEGOC has been rendering services on organization of balancing of manufacture-consumption of electric energy.
