"The Ministry of Transport and Communications in October of current year will announce competition on concession," O. Shukeev said. According to Vice Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, "one third of cost of this project will be financed due to private investments on concessional basis." Vice Prime Minister informed that another financing version of these works due to loans of international financial institutions, in particular, European Bank of Reconstruction and Development, World Bank, Islamic Bank of Development and the Asian Development Bank is being considered. "12 institutes are engaged in design works. The design documentation on this global project will be completed this year," O. Shukeev noted.
