Almaty. August 6. Kazakhstan Today - JSC Company Alnair Capital Holding has received the status of a large sharer of the affiliated organizations of JSC Company Kazkommertsbank, the agency reports referring to the bank's press service. According to the press service, control over affiliated organizations of Kazkommertsbank Alnair Capital Holding will receive indirectly, through participation in the authorized capital of the bank: saving pension funds Ular Umit and Grantum, insurance company Kazkommerts-Policy and life insurance company Kazkommerts-Life. It became possible in connection with issue by Agency of Regulation and Supervision of the Financial Market and Financial Organizations of permission on purchase by the company Alnair Capital Holding the status of bank holding. According to the press service, Kazkommerts has received the decree of the Board of AFN of July 18, 2008, according to which JSC Company Alnair Capital Holding, that earlier informed on intention of purchasing of more than 25 % of simple shares of the bank, agreed on obtaining of the status of bank holding. According to this decree, the similar status has been appropriated to the entities indirectly supervising JSC Company Alnair Capital Holding - Open Company Alnair Capital and Aygul Nuriyeva.
