Astana. February 26. Kazakhstan Today - The government decreed the appointment of Kuanyshbek Esekeev for the post of the Chairman for the Informatization and Communications Agency. The Prime Minister of the Republic Karim Masimov introduced K. Esekkeev on Saturday, AIC press service informed. K. Esekeev was born in 1975 in Almaty. He graduated from the Kazakh state University, speciality - engineer-mathematician, the candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences. Earlier, he occupied the posts of the Director of Information Technologies Department of the National Company - Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, the head of IT Department of the Ministry of Economics and Budgetary Planning, the Chairman of the IT Department of the Ministry of Finance. In 2004 K. Esekeev was Deputy Chairman of the Agency and since October 2006 till February 2007 was the acting Chairman of the Agency.
