Astana. September 12. Kazakhstan Today - Budget deficit will make 3 % of a forecasted GDP level in 2009. The Minister of Economics and Budgetary Planning, Bahyt Sultanov, informed during presentation of the bill on the Republican budget for 2009 - 2011 in Majilis of Parliament of Kazakhstan on Thursday, the agency reports. "Deficit of the republican budget for 2009 is planned at the rate of 539 billion 32 million 125 thousand KZT, or 3 % of a forecasted level of GDP, for 2010 - 625.4 billion KZT, or 3 % of GDP, in 2011 - 482.6 billion KZT, or 2 % of GDP," B. Sultanov said. According to the explanatory note to the bill on the Republican budget for 2009 - 2011, deficit financing of the Republican budget will be carried out in full due to internal and external loans. In 2008 deficit of the Republican budget in Kazakhstan has been increased from 1.4 % up to 2.1 % of GDP.
