Astana. September 15. Kazakhstan Today - National Economic Chamber Soyuz Atameken suggests including the norms of the Law on Transfer Pricing into Tax Code. The chairman of the National Economic Chamber, Azat Peruashev, said today during round table Tax Code: Opportunities and Risks for Business Growth, the agency reports. Vice Minister of Kazakhstan, Daulet Ergozhin, said that introduction of the norms on transfer pricing into Tax Code is a debatable question. "We discussed this question with our colleagues from other countries - the law on transfer pricing in our country is considered the most progressive among the CIS countries," D. Ergozhin emphasized.
