RK PM considers parameters of three-year budget for 2009 - 2011 pragmatic and precise

Astana. September 16. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, considers parameters of the three-year budget, in particular, the forecast of world price for oil - $60 for a barrel for 2009 - 2011 pragmatic and precise. He said today during the government session, the agency reports. "Market price for oil has already fallen down to $ 92 for a barrel, as we assumed," K. Masimov said. "Those budgetary parameters we have planned in the three-year budget, in particular, a preliminary price for oil $60 for a barrel seemed a conservative approach, but now the price for oil demonstrates that we formed the budget very pragmatically and precisely," he emphasized. "We are ready to any succession of events and any external shocks that now shatter the whole world will not affect our economy or, at least, we can oversome external shocks with minimum losses," the Prime Minister considers.
