RK Vice Minister of Agriculture appointed
Astana. September 17. Kazakhstan Today - Vice Minister of Agriculture of Kazakhstan has been appointed, the agency reports referring to the press service of Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan.
"Armand Evniev has been appointed Vice Minister of Agriculture by the governmental decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan," the press service informs.
According to the department, A. Evniev was born in 1968 in the Northern Kazakhstan oblast. He graduated from Omsk Agricultural Institute. He is the graduate of Academy of Public Service at the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 1990 - 1994 he worked as an agriculturist, the chief agronomist of the state farm Stepnoy of Timiryazev region of the Northern Kazakhstan oblast. In 1994 - 1999 - Director of the state farm of named after XXV party session of Moscow region of the Northern Kazakhstan oblast and Director of Open Company Novouzen. In 1999 - 2000 - assistant akim of the region, the chairman of Department of Agriculture of the Northern Kazakhstan oblast, Akkain region.
In 2000 - 2001 he studied in Academy of Public Service at the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2001 - 2002 - consultant, chairman of sector of the secretariat of Majilis of Parliament of Kazakhstan, chairman of sector of the secretariat of Committee for Economic Reform and Regional Development in the Majilis of Parliament of Kazakhstan.
In August, 2002 A. Evniev was appointed Director of Department of Agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan. In September, 2005 he worked as Vice Minister of Agriculture. In February, 2006 - Director of Department of the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan.
In October, 2007 - August, 2008 he held the post of the first vice chairman of the board of social enterprise corporation Ontustik.
