Ministry of Transport chose company Magisters as adviser on legal issues of state-private partnership
Almaty. October 8. Kazakhstan Today - The Ministry of Transport and Communications of Kazakhstan has chosen legal firm Magisters as an adviser on legal issues of state-private partnership, the agency reports referring to the company Magisters.
"Magisters has been appointed the adviser on legal issues connected with completion of the normative-legal base for realization of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Concessions."The legal firm will advise the Ministry on preparation and realizations of concessional projects within the limits of state-private partnership mechanisms. Pinsent Masons LLP, Magisters strategic partner in the field of state-private partnership in the CIS countries, will cooperate and help Magisters in this work," the message informs.
