Astana. October 17. Kazakhstan Today - Talgat Donakov has been appointed vice chairman of the president's administration, the agency reports referring to the president's press service. According to the press service, Talgat Donakov has been dismissed from the post of chairman of the State Legal Department of the president's administration of Kazakhstan by the decree of the leader of the state in connection with transfer to the other work. According to the press service, Seytzhan Shalabayev has been dismissed from the post of chairman of Law-Enforcement Department of the president's administration in connection with transfer to the other work.
