The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, stated on Thursday at the meeting with the participants of the Council of Prime Ministers of the SCO member states, the agency reports.
"Those resources that we have and the economy ... will be always in demand. "Therefore, it is necessary to try to benefit from this crisis to put in order our own economies," N. Nazarbayev said.
The President emphasized that binding to one world currency as to a reserve, leads to the fact that we become hostages of one state and one currency. It is something we need to think about."
"It is necessary to open all opportunities and remove all obstacles. I think, it will be a good time for investment of resources: these investments will help us develop," N. Nazarbayev concluded.
