Astana. November 3. Kazakhstan Today - The government of Kazakhstan completely guarantees stability of the home market of grain and foodstuff. The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, informed today during his speech for the Senators, the agency reports. "During the forthcoming period the government completely guarantees stability of the home market of grain and foodstuff," K. Masimov stated. "We were prepared beforehand for any situation in the world food market," he emphasized. The Prime Minister reminded that within this year the government has conducted work on maintenance of food safety on behalf of the President of the country. "Stabilization funds have been created on essential commodities - meat, dry milk, vegetable oil, sugar and rice. Stocks of grain in the state stabilization fund and the state reserve reach about 1 million ton," he informed.
