Kazakhstan government to accelerate key reforms in real sector of economy - Masimov

Astana. November 4. Kazakhstan Today - The government of Kazakhstan intends to accelerate key reforms in the real sector of economy. The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, informed on Monday during his speech for the Senators, the agency reports. "For this purpose we expand the investment possibilities of the state necessary to support domestic production in conditions of shortage of financial resources," he continued. "All this should be made transparent and under the society's control," the Prime Minister underlined. The emphasis of economic policy will be made on development of the real sector of economy that will allow diversifying the national economy and strengthening the competitive advantage of Kazakhstan in the world markets during the post-crisis period. "It is now obvious that in the near future the banks will not be financed in the foreign markets. Thereupon, the government through Samruk-Kazyna Fund will actively promote investments into the economy of Kazakhstan," the Prime Minister said.
