Kazakhstan Prime Minister charged Minister of Finance to sign memorandums of mutual understanding with four system formative banks of second level
Astana. November 11. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, charged the Minister of Finance, Bolat Zhamishev, to sign memorandums of mutual understanding with four system formative banks of the second level today at the government session, the agency reports.
"As we discussed this question of the state's joining of the authorized capital of four largest banks of the country, I suggest the Minister of Finance to sign these documents on behalf of the government," K. Masimov said.
According to the chairman of Fund of National of Welfare Samruk-Kazyna, Kayrat Kelimbetov, we reached agreements with the management of all four banks - National Bank, Alliance Bank, БТА Bank and Kazkommertsbank. The banks have already signed memorandums of mutual understanding, which assume the state's joining of the authorized capital of these banks through the Fund of National Welfare Samruk-Kazyna.
