Astana. November 13. Kazakhstan Today - Deputies of the Senate of Parliament of Kazakhstan at the plenary session today approved in the first reading the bill on introduction of amendments and additions to the acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on taxation, the agency reports. As it was informed earlier, according to the conclusion of Majilis Committee for Finance and Budget, the bill is directed at strengthening of tax administration, avoidance of duplication of the norms of the current legislation and the Tax Code, and elimination of conflict between the norms of the current legislation in the sphere of taxation and the Tax Code. The bill assumes introduction of amendments and additions to Civil, Criminal, Administrative, Water, Land, Ecological and Wood Codes of Kazakhstan, and to the Laws on Payments and Remittances, on Status of Capital, on Traffic Safety and on Especially Protected Natural Territories.
