Government developed program directed at support of system of hypothecary crediting in Kazakhstan - Masimov
Astana. November 18. Kazakhstan Today - The government has developed the program directed at support of the system of hypothecary crediting in Kazakhstan. The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, informed today during the government session, the agency reports.
"We considered up to the certain moment that hypothecary crediting is not the problem of the government as these are private banks, they take resources and a borrower pays off himself. But the actual life is that the main problem is in hypothecary credits," K. Masimov said.
"If the government does not answer this question, our stabilization program will not work. Therefore, we developed this program on behalf of the President," the Prime Minister continued.
He explained that the program on support of hypothecary crediting will be included into the general stabilization program of the government. "We will solve the program on hypothecary crediting together with the banks."
