Government reached consensus with six banks on conditions of realization of hypothecary crediting
Astana. November 25. Kazakhstan Today - The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Karim Masimov, informed that the government of Kazakhstan has reached consensus with six banks on conditions of realization of the program of hypothecary crediting and development of housing sector. Karim Masimov informed during discussion of the anti-recessionary program of the government in the central office of the People's Democratic Party Nur Otan on Monday, the agency reports.
K. Masimov reminded, "There will be a special program of hypothecary crediting and development of housing sector. The objective of the program - to stimulate the real estate and mortgage markets."
"Its participants will be only those banks and construction companies that will pass control and audit procedure according to the new requirements and are ready to take upon themselves part of losses, selling houses at a fair price," he emphasized.
