Nurbank Board of Directors changed
Almaty. March 2. Kazakhstan Today - The changes occurred in the structure of the Board of Directors and the board of joint-stock company Nurbank, the bank press service informed the agency.
According to the press service, on February 27, 2007 at the general meeting of the company shareholders, the notice received from Nurali Aliyev about resignation of the powers as a member of the Board of Directors of the bank has been heard. In this connection, Igor Egarmin has been selected to the Board of Directors of the bank.
Thus, the operating structure of the Board of Directors of Nurbank includes Talgat Djumadillayev (chairman), Sagyn Krymkulov and Igor Egarmin.
The first Vice President of the board Nurali Aliyev and the Vice President of the board Kuandyk Tkishev were selected at the session of the Board of Directors of the bank.
The structure of the Board of the bank includes the Chairman of the board Gulmira Dzhumadillayeva, the first Vice President of the board Nurali Aliyev, Vice Presidents - Tlegen Sagyndyk, Arystanbek Kurmangaliyev, Kuandyk Tkishev and the General Director Murat Yerkebayev.
Nurbank is one of the largest banks in Kazakhstan. As of February 1, 2007, the bank actives made 219.573.059 thousand KZT, liabilities - 195.149.188 thousand KZT. The bank capital has reached 24.423.871 thousand KZT including authorized capital - 15 milliard KZT.
