Mid-annual rate of economic growth in Kazakhstan in 2009 - 2013 to be 2.7 - 4.1 %
Astana. November 27. Kazakhstan Today - The Minister of Economics and Budgetary Planning, Bahyt Sultanov, informed that Kazakhstan mid-annual rate of economic growth in 2009 - 2013 will total 2.7 - 4.1 %, the agency reports.
"Mid-annual economic growth in 2009 - 2013 will make 2.7 - 4.1 %," B. Sultanov said.
"GDP per capita by 2013 will be more than USD 13 000."
B. Sultanov noted that, "The mid-annual growth of volume of industrial production in 2009 - 2013 will make 2.9 %. Growth of gross agricultural production will make - 3.2 %." "The mid-annual growth of volume of civil work is expected to be at the level of 2.3 %, transport services will increase on average by 2.7 %, and range of communication services - by 10.2 %," he added.
"The rate of inflation will gradually decrease and by 2013 will be kept at the level of 5.5 - 7.5 %," the Minister of Economics informed.
"The government plans to pursue a policy directed at maintenance of the balanced and qualitative economic growth through an effective utilization of monetary and fiscal tools, as we as structural policies," B. Sultanov informed.
