Astana. December 11. Kazakhstan Today - The head of the state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, signed Tax Code and other acts, the agency reports citing the president's press service. According to the press service, the head of the state signed the Code of the Republic Kazakhstan concerning taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget (Tax Code), regulating the relations on establishment, introduction and the order of calculation and payment of taxes and other obligatory payments to the budget, as well as the relations between the state and a taxpayer (a tax agent), connected with execution of tax obligation. Also the head of the state signed the Law of Republic Kazakhstan on introduction of amendments and additions to the acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning taxation, directed at further improvement of the legislation of the Republic in taxation sphere.
