KARAGANDA. March 3. KAZINFORM /Valentina Yelizarova/ Lakshmi Mittal, the fifth richest man on the planet and the owner of Arcelor Mittal Company, is expected to visit Kazakhstan on March 6, 2007. The Indian-born steel magnate will open the Day of Health Protection and Labor Safety at the metallurgic complex in Karaganda. As earlier reported, 41 miners died after the methane gas explosion at the Lenin mine of Mittal Steel Temirtau JSC in the Karaganda region.
