Kazakhstan attracted $80 billion external investments

Astana. December 24. Kazakhstan Today - The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, during the awards ceremony of the annual competition of the premium on social responsibility of business Paryz said that over the years of independence Kazakhstan has attracted about $80 billion external investments, the agency reports. "Owing to the fact that we have opened Kazakhstan, we have created open economy and attracted $80 billion investments. Owing to internal investments, we have exceeded this figure and have reached $100 billion," N. Nazarbayev said. N. Nazarbayev said that the state has undertaken the necessary measures for the economy support. "The government has developed this program, having allocated $10 billion from National Fund that will be spent on the economic needs. The first is stabilization of the financial system, the second - small and medium business, the third - agriculture, the fourth - continuation of industrially-investment programs," the President explained.
