Volume of direct foreign investments into Kazakhstan made $12.842 billion
Almaty. January 13. Kazakhstan Today - Direct foreign investments into Kazakhstan in January - September, 2008 have increased by about $10.891 billion for the similar period of 2007 up to $12.842 billion, the agency reports citing the data published on the official site of the National Bank of Kazakhstan.
According to the National Bank, the largest volume of direct investments accounts for the Netherlands and totaled in January - September, 2008 - $2.450 billion, the USA - $1.461 billion and the British Cayman islands - $976.8 million.
Volume of direct investments from the international organizations in January - September, 2008 reached $4.7 million
In 2007, total inflow of foreign direct investments into Kazakhstan was $17.515 billion.
