Kazakhstan Today - The Minister of Transport and Communications, Serik Ahmetov, said the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Kazakhstan plans to increase its share of domestic production in state purchases to the maximum, the agency reports. "Volume of state purchases in 2009 of the ministry will total nearly 64 billion KZT. The share of domestic production, works, and services will reach up to 90 %," the Transport Minister said.
