Astana. January 20. Kazakhstan Today - The chairman of the Fund of National Welfare Samruk-Kazyna, Kayrat Kelimbetov, said in akimat of Astana, before signing of memorandum of cooperation with the capital administration and the National Economic Chamber of Kazakhstan Union Atameken, Kazkommertsbank and the National Bank will receive till January, 31st, $1 billion, the agency reports. K. Kelimbetov said these funds will be directed for financing of the projects within the limits of the anti-recessionary government plan. As informed earlier, on January, 13th, the Fund Samruk-Kazyna signed with the banks the agreements on realization of the memorandum on joining of the state the capital of the banks signed by the parties last year, the agreement of option, and the agreement between the shareholders. "We plan to allocate up to $300 million to Kazkommertsbank and up to $500 million to Halyk Bank," the chairman of Samruk-Kazyna informed.
