Kazakhstan Today - The enterprises of communication of Kazakhstan in 2008 rendered services for the sum of 412.3 billion KZT. 165.7 billion KZT have been spent for rendering communication services for the population, which is in the comparable prices more than in 2007 by 10.4 % and 11.1 %, Statistics Agency informs. "Mobile communication accounts for the largest part in the structure of revenue of communication services for January - December, 2008 - 52.8 %. In comparison with January - December, 2007, volume of services of mobile communication has increased by 17.6 %," the report states. According to Statistics Agency, the revenue from realization of communication services to the population has made 40.2 % in total amount of revenue of the communication enterprises.
