Cumulative assets of Eurasian Bank increased by 47.6%

Almaty. January 21. Kazakhstan Today - Cumulative assets of JSC Company Eurasian Bank for 2008 increased by 47.6 %. The chairman of the board of the bank, Zhomart Ertayev, informed during the press conference, the agency reports. "The Eurasian Bank managed to significantly increase its assets. For January, 1st its assets totaled 271.4 billion KZT," Z. Ertayev informed. The revenue from the beginning of 2008 has been 87.6 billion KZT, or 47.6 %. The chairman of the bank informed that in 2009 the assets of the bank are planned to be increased by 1.7 times. Volume of liquid assets for January, 1st has been 75.4 billion KZT that makes 27.8 % of the cumulative assets. The loan portfolio of the bank for 2008 has grown by 9.5 % to 127.4 billion KZT. The Eurasian Bank was created in 1994.
