Retail commodity turnover in Kazakhstan increased by 3.6 %
Astana. January 21. Kazakhstan Today - In 2008 volume of retail commodity turnover in Kazakhstan has been 2508.5 billion KZT and in comparison with the corresponding period of the last year (in real terms) has increased by 3.6 %, the Statistics Agency of Kazakhstan informs.
According to Statistics Agency, volume of realization of the goods was 253.2 billion KZT in December, 2008 that is in real terms more by 6.2 % than in December, 2007. In comparison with November, 2008 growth of this parameter has been 3.2 %.
In 2008 sale of consumer goods per capita in Kazakhstan has averaged 160.2 thousand KZT that is by 22 thousand KZT more than for the similar period of 2007.
