Almaty. February 4. Kazakhstan Today - JSC Fund of National Welfare Samruk-Kazyna has transferred into account of JSC BTA Bank 212 billion ($1.7 billion), the agency reports citing the press service of the bank. "Armand Dunaev has confirmed the fact of receipt, on February, 2nd, 212 billion KZT ($1.7 billion) on the special current account in the National Bank of Kazakhstan from Samruk-Kazyna," the press release of BTA Bank informs. According to the press service, "at the session of the Board of Directors taken place on February, 3rd, 2009, Armand Dunaev was elected the chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC BTA Bank." Saduakas Mameshtegi, who earlier headed the Board of Directors of JSC Astana-Finance and the representative of JSC Samruk-Kazyna, Seytkali Rahimov, have been elected to BTA Board of Directors.
