Almaty. February 5. Kazakhstan Today - The Russian President, Dmitry Medvedev, at the press conference after the meeting on Wednesday said the leaders of EurAsEC countries during the extraordinary meeting of the EurAsEC Council agreed to establish a joint anti-crisis fund for the amount of $ 10 billion, the agency reports citing the press service of the President of the Russian Federation. "We agree that we will create the tools that will assist the states in overcoming the effects of global financial crisis and in ensuring economic stability. In this context, the most important is, of course, the decision to establish a joint anti-crisis fund amounting to about $ 10 billion," Dmitry Medvedev said. He explained, "We have created the fund to give loans on the conditions of urgency, payment and repayment, i.e. the conditions under which the credits are given to our closest partners. It is not just a money bag where anyone can receive any money for any purpose, this is a crisis fund.
