Kazakhstan Today - The chairman of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, Grigory Marchenko, at the expanded meeting of the faction of Nur Otan Party in Parliament said the funds allocated to the banks through the Fund of National Welfare Samruk-Kazyna will not be used for repayment of external loans, the agency reports. "The funds allocated to the banks through the Fund Samruk-Kazyna from the National fund will not be used for crediting external (foreign) borrowers, currency manipulations, as well as for the repayment of external loans. This was the arrangements with the banks," G. Marchenko said.
