ASTANA. February 13. KAZINFORM A session of the Kazakh Government, chaired by Prime Minister Karim Massimov has been held today in Ukimet Uyi, Kazinform refers to the press service of the Head of the Government. Measures on settlement of problems of real estate market and support of small and middle business were discussed within the session. The Government adopted Decree on introduction of amendments to the Joint Action Plan f the Kazakh Government, the National Bank and the Agency for Financial Supervision on stabilization of the economy and financial system for 2009-2010 in the part of realization of special program on mortgage lending and development of housing. A Decree on approval of Draft Agreement on interaction between «Samruk Kazyna» National Welfare Fund JSC and second-tier bank in settlement of problems of the real estate market was adopted at the session as well. The Decrees enter into force from the day of signing.
