KAZINFORM /Bauyrzhan Mukanov/ KZT 720 bln have been allocated for banks and financial organizations as part of the anti-recessionary program, Head of SamrukKazyna National Welfare Fund Kairat Kelimbetov informed today at the Government meeting. BTA Bank received KZT 212 bln, Kazkommertsbank and Halyk Bank received KZT 120 bln, and Alliance Bank - KZT 24 bln. These funds are targeted for additional capitalization of banks and projects investment», Kairat Kelimbetov said. «KZT 240 bln were allocated for the National Bank to support the construction sector. KZT 120 bln from that amount were budgeted for mortgage refinancing. As of March 1 individuals can apply to such banks as Kazkommertsbank, Halyk Bank, BTA Bank, Alliance Bank, ATF Bank, Bank CenterCredit, Kaspi Bank, Eurasian Bank, TemirBank and Tsesna Bank" Kairat Kelimbetov said. KZT 120 bln envisaged for small and medium business financing will be allocated through Kazkommertsbank, Halyk Bank, BTA Bank, Alliance Bank, ATF Bank, Bank CenterCredit, Kaspiiskiy Bank, Eurasian Bank, Tsesna Bank, NurBank, Astana-Finance, Kazakhstan affiliate of Sberbank and Damu Fund. Kairat Kelimbetov assured these measures would create 5,000 jobs.
