KAZINFORM /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ Today Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov has charged the Minister of Agriculture and “Kazagro” Holding to control the access of agricultural manufacturers to the lending recourses.“According to the information which comes to me, the resources allocated by the Government go to “Kazagro” first and then to manufacturers. The latter give them to small farms. As a result the cost of the resources has increased 20% per annum”, K.Massimov said at the session of the Government. Accordance to the data of the Agricultural Ministry, the spring sowing activities require KZT 130 bln. The funds will be allocated through “Kazagro” Holding. “The Government has ensured all necessary measures for the sowing works”, Minister of Agriculture Akhylbek Kurishabyev said at the session.
