KAZINFORM /Aigul Tulekbayeva/ “KazMunaiGaz” is ready to sell its affiliate “KazTransGaz – Tbilisi” LLC in Georgia providing that all investments are be compensated.“Last autumn we mentioned that we were ready to sell Tbilgaz. The price is the issue left unsettled. We are ready to sell it providing that all our investments, debt financing and financial assistance that we have been providing for KazTransGaz – Tbilisi are compensated in full”, President of “KazMunaiGaz” Company Kaiyrgeldy Kabyldin said. Beginning from May, 2006 KazTransGaz JSC have invested more than USD 100 mln into KazTransGaz – Tbilisi LLC, budgeting basic funds into the modernization and repair of gas distribution system of Tbilisi, procurement and installation of gas metering which have prevented waste of natural gas by 20%.
