Kazakh Government decreed the establishment of three JSCs - “Arna Media” National information Holding; “Parasat” National Scientific-Technical Holding and “Zerde” National Information - Communication Holding as of July 3, 2008. The main purpose of the establishment of “Arna Media” National information Holding" is the effective management of state media assets aimed at enhancing competitiveness of the information space of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
