KAZINFORM /Kanat Kulshmanov/ During today's Government telephone conference Kazakhstan Prime Minister Karim Massimov has charged First Vice Prime Minister Umirzak Shukeyev to study the program of mortgage loan refinancing; Kazinform reports. «We have allocated KZT 120 bln for mortgage loans refinancing. At present 3,871 people have applied to banks to the amount of KZT 16, 3 bln, KZT 1,4 mln being almost utilized. I believe the problem is in paperwork disorder», Director of SamrukKazyna National Welfare Fund Kairat Kelimbetov said. In this connection K.Massimov gave instructions to U.Shukeyev to study the program of mortgage loan refinancing, and if requried make certain corrections. The Premier charged Kazakh Minister of Culture and Information Mukhtar Kul-Mukhammed to publish criterions for mortgage loan refinancing in all public mass media on April 8.
