London to host 4th Annual International Kazakhstan Growth Forum
LONDON. April 7. KAZINFORM The most highly-esteemed and largest Europe-based event, Kazakhstan Growth Forum will take place for the 4th time in London this year. It focuses primarily on the economic development of and investments into Kazakhstan, and debates a wide range of issues, including doing business in Kazakhstan, the latest government initiatives, such as the anti-crisis programme, macroeconomics and other issues. In addition, it offers a detailed analysis of the oil & gas and banking & finance sectors, infrastructure, as well as investment opportunities in such sectors as metals & mining, construction, agriculture, retail, and others.
The forum attracted 550 delegates and featured a distinguished panel comprising 80 speakers in 2008. Delegates represented 28 countries, including UK, Germany, France, Switzerland, Russia, Israel, UAE, Hong Kong, Turkey, USA etc.
Apart from the traditional range of interactive features, in 2009 the organisers are introducing a series of informal round tables and one-on-one meetings, designed to help investors, corporates and the government meet face to face.
On top of the above-mentioned features, there will be live interviews on stage, exciting guest speakers and plenty of networking opportunities as part of the full social programme. the forum is scheduled for 17th – 19th June 2009, at Marriott Grosvenor Hotel, London, Kazinform cites the press service of the Kazakhstan Embassy in the UK.
